Losing Weight. Let's Motivate each other

Sally2014: I’ve never heard of it but it sounds cool!

I just started last week and I’m doing good so far for someone who has a VERY difficult time losing weight.

I’m getting married in November and I want to loose some weight because I’ve gotten relationship weight. For me it’s about making smart choices.

– Drinking more water (especially a glass before meals)

– Eating breakfast because I’m really bad about eating breakfast

– Not eating after a certain time (which is hard because I normally don’t get home before 6)

– Working out everyday, even if it’s just for 15 minutes

– Portion control

When the weather is nicer I plan on taking a short lunch and then a 30 minute walk. I sit at a desk all day and that doesn’t help!

I just started doing (I’ve done it twice now) Ballet Beautiful Body Blast. I really enjoy it and it’s extremely hard but I enjoy it and don’t mind turning it on so far. I’ve got the full body workout one so I’ll begin doing that. I think doing that 4 x per week and the blasts 3 x per week should help me out.

I think doing a workout that you enjoy and can feasibly do on a regular basis is important.

Motivation doesn’t hurt either 🙂
