there is a spa here in charlotte that offers a body wrap. ive never tried but im willing. i believe it basically helps you lose the water weight and a few inches. its def temporary but hey if it works i would do it a few days before my wedding. Actually now that you have brought it up i am going to look into it
Try the "No CRAP" diet. Cut out Caffiene, Refined sugar, Alcohol and Processed foods. It may be extreme considering your current diet, but it's a healthy way to lose weight and feel better about yourself.

Hey Ya'll
I didnt have a lot of weight to lose, but I have worked hard these past couple months to get to a spot where I am happy with my body. My dress fits... but there are a few places where it is a bit more snug than I would like it to be... The wedding is in a week!!! Does anyone have any non-extreame ideas on ways I can lose just a bit of "random" pudge before the wedding. A lot of people have said water pills but I dont know how effective or smart it is to use those before a wedding... I dont know... any suggestions??
THANKS!
