(Closed) lost weight for wedding, but I think I want my chunky bum back now!

@Bears-bub:  i wish i could help you, but i have seriously never had this problem! even  when i got down to 128 for my wedding, i never lost my chunky bum. i wish i had this problem, lol.   The only thing i can think of would be to eat more, but keep up with toning exercsies for your stomach and arms?

10 Million Lunges. They’ll give you a nice round BIG bum. Especially if you do weighted lunges with 20lbs in each hands, etc.

@Bears-bub:  I feel you on this. I carry my wieght very well, and when I was 30 pounds heavier I was 40-32-44- Size 16 but nice and curvy.

Now I’m 36-32-35. I lost NONE of my tummy and all of my ASSests, both top and bottom :/ super sad.

I’m not sure there is much you can do about it since it’s genetics. I too gain weight in my mid-section and lose around my butt. It doesn’t bother me aesthetically so much as it makes me uncomfortable when I sit down and my butt bones poke into the chair. Some ladies naturally lose just around their middles. I hate them. 🙂 Oh, and I do tons of lunges and squats and weight train. It just makes my thighs look more toned. Never helps fill my butt in.

I used to have a big round bum, when I lost weight it went flat. I’ve been running and it’s started to get my shape back a little. I never thought I would miss it, but I really do :/

Gain muscle, make your glutes bigger! Do Squats, walking lunges, step ups, ect

You need to do more leg and butt working out.  Having good glute muscles makes your butt pop out.

I would put the weight back on, and just wear a super strong body shaper, actually.  🙂  Just hope it goes back in the right place!

Just to help your dress, I might actually consider one of those butt insert things…  I seriously would never recommend them otherwise, but maybe you could just put the silicone pads into your shapewear for the day?  I would post a picture, but I have a feeling that googling “silicone butt pads” at work could lead to some unfortunate consequences.
