@PocahontasP:  Aww, Sweetie! Big hugs to you.  You’re totally right to step back and give him some space and help with some of his favorite things.  Sometimes life can just be a bit overwhelming and we all get snappy from time to time (lord knows I do and my poor husband has to deal with me all the time, haha).

I noticed that right before my wedding, I found it harder to handle DH’s (then FI) snappy moods, which probably increased due to wedding stress, and tiny disagreements felt like a big deal. I think it was that “This is forever” feeling sinking in and magnifying all the little things that normally didn’t bother me.

I think most brides get super stressed the weeks before the wedding. We have so much weight on our shoulders and it’s about that time that it all comes crashing down. I was snippy with my husband before the wedding too and it was not pretty. I would just suggest to try your best to relax and breathe. Your fiance is in this with you and he is your support.

We just had a blowout last night that ended with me crying and us going to bed backs turned to each other over wedding trip planning. 🙁  It sucked big time, we did talk before going to sleep and were lovey this morning, but now I just feel all depressed again and can’t shake it.

Those little/big arguments do tend to carry more weight with the engagement/wedding stuff, I agree. 🙁  I hate it… Then we have good stuff that makes me go “yep this is why I’m marrying him, etc”.  Sigh…
