Yea I may look thicker and when everyone met me I was 125 lbs but my man is marrying my because of me! Granted if I was over 300 lbs than yea he prob would call for divorce haha! Just focus on you and him right now and please don’t lose any sleep over this. Hell, you can always renew your vows every 7 years and look back on the pictures lol!

@beloved125:  I would say don’t worry about wanting to impress him wedding night because HE WILL BE IMPRESSED REGARDLESS! Its your first time and you love each other enough to have waited all this time = its gonna be amazing and intimate and it won’t have anything to do with the number on the scale.

I have gained and lost the same 20lbs a few times throughout our 7 year relationship but dammit, on my wedding day I was going to be confident in my shape, regardless!

I would recommend focusing on your food… workouts help of course but I can tell you that you are probably eating much more than you think you are and working out is not the answer, its to clean up your diet instead… stop the excess calories before they get in your body instead of trying to sweat them out with a work out after.

Whats stressing you out about the wedding? Can someone help you to relieve your stress? Whatever you do, stress-eating is only going to perpetuate the problem so you have got to find something to replace those actions with!

I agree with the other girls, that you need to relax and go with your body. He clearly loves you just the way you are!
If you are wanting to see a big difference in a short time, the best way to get the biggest bang for your buck is to cut out processed foods.
Have minimal dairy, carbs and fruit, and have it of a morning. For the fruit – even though its a natural sugar your body metabolises sugar slower the later it gets. Try cutting back on your dairy/carbs one at a time. A lot of people are sensitive to these foods. For me, as soon as I restricted by carb intake I lost a lot of bloating – so while I didnt lose KG i looked and felt smaller since I wasnt bloated.
Cut out sauce, salad dressing can be olive oil and lemon juice.

Stick to meats veg, eggs (no more than 2 yolks per day). Snack on nuts, veggies like carrots etc. A good morning snack (morning only) is natural peanut butter on apple.

Above all don’t let yourself get hungry. You should eat every 3-4 of your waking hours.

If you stick to it, I promise you will feel lighter in a week, and see visible results in two! I was eating this way for 3 months, and lost 10kg. As soon as I started cheating on it, it started creeping back on. I’m back on it and feeling lighter and leaner already.
Weight loss is 80% what you eat 🙂

Google clean eating, give it a go. I have lots of yummy recipies if you like!
