I use FatGirlSlim and FatGirlSleep. They definetly help to tone up the hip/butt area and reduces the appearance of cellulite. It doesn't do any permanent change to your body though, if you stop it, the results disappear.

I heard about these products on a radio morning show and decided to give them a try. They're made by Bliss and I buy them in Sephora.
These are creams and lotions and I figured I was throwing my money away but even my fiance noticed a difference after the first week. The LoveHandler works to tone up flabby areas (love handles) and the FatGirlSlim works on any other problem areas you might have to firm the skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
It won't help you lose weight, but it gave me visual motivation while I was trying to shed 15 pounds.
