Ofcourse they exist. I would check

out Zappos or some of the other big shoe websites and search by color and heel height! Nude shoes are very popular!

They are Mix No. 6 brand. I’d never heard of the brand before but they are 2 in heels, closed toed and pretty comfy!

all the dyeable bridal shoes are pretty low. You could have them dyed nude.
