There are loads of low-sodium products out there, you just need to read the labels and avoid most processed foods. I am not on a low-sodium diet but I have always disliked the taste of salt so I simply omit it from recipes. If you do consume too much and need to get your levels down in a hurry, take some potassium.

Oooh, that’s tough.  Perhaps different types of fish, tofu, edamame and seasoning such as fresh-ground pepper, lemon juice and herbs?

Stay away from any food you dont prepare @ home. If you have an Iphone – get the ""good food near you" app. which tells you nutritional information & best choices whereever you are at. Also consider taking the salt shaker out of your kitchen to avoid temptation. Salads, edaname, wheat products, fresh veggies, greek yogurt & fish is a safe route.

Also stay away from premade seasonings & marinades – those are horrible on sodium.

Low sodium or no sodium canned products are also an efficient sub for lunch options – just dress up some lettuce with tuna and canned veggies & it should work with some salsa or something.
