Martha stewart has some good healthier cookie recipes but i got them from a magazine, maybe her website? Most people can't tell their healthy versions! I liked the way the oatmeal cookie and peanut butter chocolate chip ones turned out best. Good luck! I'll be watching this thread!
Hi! Applesauce can often be subbed for butter to remove some fat! Additionally, you can sub in 0% Fat Greek yogurt for sour cream. Good luck! :)
I will say that I haven't made either of these yet, but I've seen good reviews:
Diet Soda Cake
Pumpkin Cake

I love to bake and I really love any kind of baked goods, but I'm also conscious of what I eat. I've tried lots of recipes, trying to make them healthier but still taste good, and the only thing I"ve really had luck with are quick breads (banana bread, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, etc). I use half whole wheat flour/half white flour to up the fiber, and then I use unsweetened applesauce in place of half of the oil. I dont' recommend completely getting rid of the oil, because it will make it chewy (unless that's ok with you). Good luck!
Do you have to bake? What about a mixed fruit salad? That would be totally welcome to any fellow dieters!
Edit: Whoops - sorry, just read that you offered to bring a baked good. You know what I would do? Get an angel food cake from the grocery store (super light/airy) and buy some strawberries and a can of fat-free whipped cream. That way - you can just eat the strawberries, but everyone else can have the cake/whipped cream!
The Diet Coke Cake is very good, just sub a can of diet coke for eggs oil and water. I would do cupcakes only that way, they tend to come out better.
Also you can do pinaple angelfood cake. Take a box of angel food cake, and a can of crushed pinapple and thats it! again cupcakes usually come out better than an actual cake , but thye are very moist and yummy! and I thikn the mini cupcakes are 1 WW point each. Happy Baking!

Office pot luck tomorrow for a goodbye and I offered to bring in a baked good. I'm on weight watchers so I want to make something healthier.
Does anyone have tricks to making boxed mix a bit less unhealthy?
Or any EASY baked good recipe that is weight watchers friendly?
I am NOT a baker, so I don't have lots of ingredients on hand.
