It would depend a LOT on where/how the hooks are placed. The lights will dip lower if you give them more slack (if you let them droop), but the tighter you hang them, the less they’ll hang down, and the more they’ll just go straight across. That shouldn’t be a problem, as long as you have someone who is patient and detail attentive who is willing to spend a fair amount of time on a ladder hanging them ahead of time.
