You're going to hand stamp millions of M&M's?! I don't have any advice- I'm just impressed
Wow... I'm sure there's a way to make foodsafe white paint, but I don't know what it is.
So, you're going to wipe off one of the M's and restamp it with a T? Keep in mind, if you're too aggressive with the wiping the top layer of colour will come off. I can't even imagine doing this more than 20 times before pulling out my hair.
Good luck!
Edit, I didn't realize M&M's only have an M on them to begin with. Obviously not my candy of choice.
t's on one side, m's on the other!
@ maureen.... only the handful of kids at the wedding are going to get m & m's so it should only be like... 2 bags? I'll admit I have a bit of OCD and ummm maybe I'm a bit cheap, haha but I enjoy tedious tasks... I think I might embroider all the napkins by hand... lol for our 250+ guests. I'm definitely crazy... but seeing my little cousins chow down on their M&T's would just make my heart flutter, and then seeing my family members wiping chocolate off their faces with the hand-embroiderd napkins would probably make me tear up a little bit! haha
Plus, the wedding is in June 2011, so I have to keep myself busy!!! The excitement is killing me to begin with! :-)
Wow, I have to say your dedication is awesome. Maybe experiment with white food colouring? Maybe if you stamp and let it dry it'll stay? No clue. But keep us updated. Sounds like a fun DIY.

So yes, I know you can M & M's customized... but they're so expensive...
Does ANYONE know a way to make food grade / food safe ink?
My fiance's name begins with and M (conveniently on the M & M's) mine begins with a T... Now I bet I can find a tiny little T (or make my own) to stamp the T's on...
Anyone?? Anyone??? White, food safe paint?
*crosses fingers*
