DJ Carl Christy - christy.carl@gmail.com. I used him at an event I did a few years ago and was going to hire him for my wedding. The only reason I'm not is that one of my best friends from NYC is going to DJ. I think his fee is normally $1200 and includes everything.
We're going with Rick Bellanti (http://www.bellairemusic.com/). He has extremely reasonable pricing and he seems super-organized. His style of DJing seems to be more elegant and laid back, no crazy costumes or other cheesy stuff.
I'm in CT but using Paris Productions out of Mass. The owner is a dj on kiss 108, he djs himself for an extra fee of course but he's really nice to work with and obviously has tons of experience!

A co-worker of mine DJs on the side for Clubs in Boston and I've hired him for a few events I've hosted where the crowd was comprised of all young professionals - and everyone had a BLAST. His style is playing all the latest music, and he knows how to get the crowd dancing. One of the guys who attended the party ended up hiring him for his wedding and so have I. We are using DJ Adam Blackstock from Main Event DJ's. He has done 3 other weddings I've been to and is great! He is also very affordable!!
We used Rob Camberlain from Murray Hill Talents. We absolutely loved working with him - he really listened to what we wanted and we had an absolutely awesome time on the dance floor on the night of our wedding!
