Sounds awesome! I’d switch the nirvana for the pesto. I’d also swtich the pink floyd for the black sabbath.

Good luck, it sounds like it will be great!

Sounds amazing! I’m a vegetarian, so I picked those options but I love the idea 🙂

I would either pick the plain or bacon (because really, it’s bacon..).

    Sounds delicious!

none, because they all have cheese?

Sorry… I don’t eat cheese made from animal milk…Embarassed and because of this, I can’t vote. (I am vegan, different than vegetarian, vegans don’t eat anything animal-based, although vegetarians do eat cheese and drink milk, just not meat)

Speaking as a vegetarian, I’d really like to be able to have a fun (not plain) option, too! The Green Day or Fleetwood Mac sound amazing!

ETA: I’m actually vegan, but I’m guessing since you mentioned your vegetarians, you don’t have any vegans. So I pretended to be vegetarian. And I would be a happy camper!

Are Green Day and Fleetwood Mac too similar, with the tomatoes? I’m also a veggie, but I think you need one or two with meat-REO Speedwagon sounds intriguing.

GREAT menu! We had mac & cheese balls as appetizers and our guests LOVED it.

@HeyJude72:  being lactose intolerant, I guess it would just be apps and salad for me… My only comment is that it would be nice to have one dairy-free option. But I know my Fiance would crash your wedding just for the mac and cheese buffet and refuse to leave, so I bet most people will love it.

Oh man, I would LOVE a mac and cheese bar. Mac and cheese is my favorite food of all time! I don’t eat meat, so I voted for Lovin’ Spoonful, Fleetwood Mac, and Green Day.

I’d just be worried about the side dishes being enough for guests who are vegan or lactose intolerant.

@HeyJude72:  I could make do w. the appetizers and the caesar salad – they sound delicious.

And I think your mac n cheese idea is cute, but be wary of anyone who might be lactose intolerant or/or not like cheese. I’m lactose intolerant AND can’t stand the smell/taste of most cheeses. I admit that I eat pizza once in a while and I am ok w. parmesan on salad and stuff, but the idea of mac and cheese is just yuck to me.

Just saying this in case someone who is invited is the way I am. I know it’s a pain in the ass, but just make sure there’s enough of the other stuff to go around.
