Yes, I've tried closing the browser and starting again, clearing the cache, Firefox, Safari... :(
hmm I haven't had that problem but I do know that Macy's just recently began hosting the registry on their own vs. through weddingchannel.com. So maybe there is some hiccups with the switch.
Give it a day or so and try again
Damnit, I get that message TOO! Ever since this switch. How annoying. I've taken it as a cosmic hint that I should stop playing with my registry.
But in all seriousness, I'm gonna call and see what is up. Very annoying!
FYI It appears that this has been fixed. I was able to add things without that obnoxious message!

Bees! I need help!
Everytime I try and add something to our registry online I get this error message:
Please ensure that you have selected a color/size/type for the item that you are trying to add. Then click Add to Registry again.
Only problem is, there are no options!!! There's nothing to choose!
Help!
