Just thought I would share: this is what i used
7 baby carrots (you can prollie use regular carrots if you want)
2 celery stalks
3 green onions (including the white part)
9 pickle slices (hamburger dills)
8 imitation crab sticks
Just cut up all these and then put it in a bowl and stir up.
then add just enough mayonaise to coat it all, not mushy, just enough to moisten i took out one of my "tea spoons" (that you eat cereal with) and used a heaping sponfull of those, but it wasn' too heaping, add a little and work your way up.
this was soooo good. I ate half of it and counted 5 points for it:) its like the texture of a cole slaw.
anyhow just thought i'd share, I just made it up and its very filling! my husband put some on his salad (which I intended to do, but it was so good on its own that i just ate it the way it was)
There is still more, will have some tomorrow on a salad. Delicious!
Hope that helps, let me know if you make it what you think.
