Hi Everyone! I feel so detached from the WI hive! Do you all have any recommendations for bridal gown alterations in or around Madison? I've read a few online reviews, but none have been outstanding!

hello snow!   I'm doing sort of the opposite of you - planning from Denver, but getting married in Madison.  I've loved following your blog posts!  

On the alterations front, there is a little shop in West Gate Mall (on Whitney Way) that I used to get my pants and skirts altered at and they always did a fantastic job (It's run by a little asian couple - man and wife team).  I've obviously not had anything bridal altered there, but they usually had at least one or two wedding dresses hung up on their rack of alterations to do.  I unfortunately can't remember the name of the shop (Nhan's? something like that), but it was really reasonably priced and located in West Gate Mall, on the street side of Wisconsin Craft Market.  Good luck with your search!

yes.  there is a TJ Maxx.  I edited, it's on whitney Way, not midvale blvd.  and I added a map.  forgive the terrible red circle.
