Weddingbee boards

My daughter was married at Quality Inn on Madisons west side off of Fish Hatchery road last Saturday.  I can't say enough great things about this venue and their staff.  The customer service provided to us through out the process of booking a venu, choosing a menu and decorating the ballroom was out standing.  The service to our guests the day of our event was beyond our expectations and a shinning example of what customer service should be everywhere. 

Our dinner buffet was masterfully handled by Adam and his staff who routed our guests by table with the bride and groom going first of course. They paid special attention to our elderly guests needs by bringing them a plate full of the buffet offerings. They were not obtrusive during dinner but cleared plates quietly and made sure you had everything you needed when they were there.

Our 3 different flavored cakes were cut and our guests were allowed to choose what flavor of wedding cake they desired and they came back and gave a second/third choice to those who wanted to taste all three.

At the end of he evening after we left they turned off all the battery operated lights in our centerpieces, put them and my daughters wedding gifts along with the left over shoes in a locked room until we could get them the next day.

Their ballroom when decorated looked amazing and easily fit our 150 guests.  We were very impressed by the service from all of their staff and look forward to another occassion to have another event there.  Many thanks to Justin the Manager of the Quality inn and Adam and his staff from the Tuscany, we can't wait to come back again.  Also to Dawn who we could never have got this done without her help.
