Hi Bees! I picked up my dress today for my wedding which is in two days! I have a Maggie Sottero Bronwyn gown and did not like any of the bustle options. So I decided on a wrist loop for the train and I’m so glad I did! the loop is the same material as the Satin underlay of the dress. The seamstress sewed the loop onto the underside of the bottom the Satin train with a small slit to pull it through in both the satin slip and lace overlay. So you cannot see the loop at all when my train is down. I would definitely recommend a wrist loop to any brides looking for a bustle alternative. I have posted one picture of me in the dress today but will post more after my wedding on Friday!

Was it a pain to keep that on your wrist all day? My doc told me the loop was for dancing. .. interested in your feedback as I will be wearing the same dress

flipfloppgirl1004: nope it was so light I barely noticed it. and it made it so much easier to walk around and dance. I would definitely recommend the wrist loop for this particular dress.

Hi Mrs. Koban!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this gown on you! I just purchased/ordered this same gown yesterday, but I am now a bit concerned that my bust (36D) is too large for this gown…as it doesnt have much support around the bust area. Your bust area looks perfect and I was just wondering if you purchased a seperate under garment to give support? Help! Thank you.

So pretty! Congratulations! I’m so glad you posted this and that the loop is comfortable. Was your loop sewn on the outside of the dress, the drain drapes very nicely but I’m worried that it’ll show during the ceremony if it’s on the outside. Please let me know how it went with yours 🙂

I am hoping to do the loop with mine instead of a bustle! I hope it works! I’ll have to compare our trains! I also have a Maggie sottero!
