@beachbridebc:  Welcome to the Hive!  I see that you’re also based in Victoria, BC.  Just wanted to suggest Victoria Bridal Boutique on Quadra by the Keg and Carly’s Bridal up by the Saanich Fairgrounds.  Both of these stores had the best prices and the best service in my opinion.  Carly’s is a home based business with no overhead so I got my dress there for $200 less than anywhere I found it.  Also Luz on Hillside and Quadra has the best selection and prices on bridesmaids dresses and you never need an appointment.  Good luck on the search 🙂

I know someone who felt that way about her dress, and the seamstress added a bit of material so the sweet heart wasn’t so deep

I tried that dress on and fell in love! It looks stunning on you.  I agree with pp, a seamstress can make the plunge less revealing.  Maggie Sottero has some other chiffon dresses with less of a neckline like this one.

Sorry for the huge picture I’m not sure how to size it. This one was too big on me and it’s not the best angle, but hopefully gives you some idea. I just looked up Courtney it’s a beautiful dress too.

My dress was Maggie Sottero’s Courtney – still a sweetheart, but not so deep. I’d definitely recommend trying it on in person though – the model doesn’t represent the dress to its full beauty 🙂
