My Maggie is diamond white with pewter. Sorry these aren't the best pics. These are of the sample I tried on. I think the sample is a little dingy. My actual dress arrived and it looks just a tad brighter.

I'm not sure about the pewter, but my dress is diamond white. Diamond white is a BEAUTIFUL color! I would definitely go for it.

what is your skin tone? Diamond white will likely be beautiful (the pewter accents ba;ance it out very well)

That's exactly the dress I ordered - Milana in diamond white and pewter. And it's lovely in person (I don't have any pics at work)! I think it's actually the colors that the model is wearing on the Maggie Sottero website, if you want to do some color stalking.

This is definitely a dress that looks SO much different in real life than on the model pictured at the website. This is the sample of Milana in diamond white / pewter which I tried on.
Thank you so much for your pictures of these beautiful dresses! I am now getting a little bit scared...as I dropped a bunch-o-weight and now I think that I ordered it too big (Milana) I wonder if this will be an easy "fix". These Milana's look bea-u-tif-ful! *sigh* **nervousness kicking in**
Amaryllis so...what's your opinion on this dress? Not so much "diggin'' it? Or just so-so? Or do you like it? Just wondering your thoughts... :-)
My only suggestion is to order early. VERY early. My FSIL ordered a Maggie Sottero dress she tried on in the store that was diamond white with pewter. She ordered it exactly like the sample just in a different size. It came back wrong. TWICE. Instead of pewter it had gold. All. over. it. Lots of gold. Apparently the sample was a mistake and the dress was never intended to be made with pewter thread/accents/whatever. It was a nightmare. Luckily she ordered in like August or September and her wedding isn't until July so she had plenty of time to pick a new dress. She ended up getting store credit and was able to find a different dress from a different designer. Maggie S. was a nightmare to work with. They tried saying the thread had just faded and it was gold to begin with. Good luck.
amlo -- I bought it, but I plan to sell it online when it comes in. It is a beautiful dress, and I have seen so many people here on weddingbee completely rock it. However, it does not really fit the outdoor wedding I will be having, and I think I got caught up in mom crying, everyone gushing, princess feeling moment and did not stop to really think that it is really not "me." I am not a flashy person, and this dress is definitely blinged out. Also, we moved our wedding back a year and I am on a diet, so I am hoping that it's multiple sizes too big by then anyway haha.

I purchased a Maggie Sottero wedding dress (sight un-seen) it wasn't in the store to try on...but I knew that I wanted it (Milana). I am wondering if any "Maggie-brides" out there have any actual pictures of you in your Maggie dress with these exact colors...DIAMOND WHITE w/PEWTER? I am just wondering what it looks like in real-life pictures, not Maggie models. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!
