Perhaps you can have your seamstress to sew in some tulle at the bottom to make your ruffles fuller. It may flow better with your movements.

I wore a mermaid style hoop skirt with my mermaid dress. It made walking easy and it gave that full effect at the bottom that I liked. It was easy to sit, kneel, etc in. There was certainly no panty flashing! Especialy since Divina is fitted I dont think that’s really a risk. I bought my hoop off ebay for cheap!

i wore a hoop with my trumpet dress and had no problems sitting, kneeling or anything. i would get all sweaty after wearing my dress for just a few minutes during my fittings, but once they put the hoop in, it was so much cooler and so much more comfortable! it was 101 degrees on my wedding day and my reception was outside, so that hoop totally saved my life, haha
