So i’m not sure if this is the dress I’m going to get BUT if I do I’m not sure if I want to add a belt or not!? I love the look of belts/bows in the back…but I’m not sure if the look of a belt is “too much” for this dress? Thoughts?

So gorgeous both ways but the belt accents your already amazing figure! 🙂

@amf9201: The dress looks fabulous either way. The belt you have chosen suits the dress perfectly.

@amf9201: I think the dress needs a belt to give it a waist, but I’m not sure that particular belt is the right one. Up close it seems like the heavy beading on your dress is fighting for attention with the statement belt. Maybe a plain ribbon belt would work better?

@amf9201: I think this dress is amazing either way, but I voted for the belt. I think it definitely accentuates your tiny waist!

Maybe do both? Wear without a belt for the ceremony and then put on a ribbon belt or the blingy belt for the reception?

I’m wearing the dress with a very thin belt. I think it gives you more shape- and the thinner ones don’t take away from the detail of the dress.

With a belt but, a smaller one

Hi I know this, post is a little old but if you get notification I’d be interested to know what colour it is you’re wearing. I’ve ordered the dress in light gold to my wedding in May tho year and am having a serious case of regret! You look absolutely stunning in this dress btw, did you order it or go with something else? I know this is an old thread, but this is my dress too! I am going with a belt, but I’m not sure which one yet!

Is your dress ivory or white? I have been searching for pictures of this dress in white and they have turned out to be ivory.
