I can’t help you on the price and sites but as far as the dresses, they’re very different dresses.
You have a very full a-line, borderline ball gown, with pick ups. Then you have what they’re calling a slim a-line, I call that mermaid/trumpet, and it has ruching.

Before you go order anything online, you need to go to a salon or david’s or something and try on different silhouettes.
You may find out one of those doesn’t look good on you. As much as I wanted a mermaid/trumpet or any slim cut dress to look good on me it didn’t. And you might hate pick ups on you. I feel they tend to make me look shorter (which I love since I’m 6 feet tall) but you might hate.

So before you put all this effort in make sure you look good in that dress.

And good luck 😀 😀

haha aaww well good you tried them on. Sorry for the lecture lol!

another piece of advice might be, what your style of wedding will be. Sabelle looks like a dress for a big wedding, or a more formal oriented wedding. Paigely looks like something that could be both big and fancy, or a more laid back wedding.

Have you tried the website the wedding shoppe inc? THey keep some dresses in stock and they are cheaper than bridal salons. Since I am in desperate need of a dress asap after receiving a defective gown, they are going to help me out.

You should go with the paigley! I am debating about that gown too…it’s beautiful!

I think you should consider purchasing at a local, respected, bridal salon. They will guarantee the quality of the dress and take care of alterations. I actually purchased my dress at a lower price @ a salon in my area than was listed on several online website. I also feel more secure that if there is an issue it will be handled professionally. And lastly, I have also noticed that some dresses are offered @ lower prices online because the design is altered, for example, a corset back is changed to a zip up, or a trade in the gown material. Just keep an eye out for things like that…good luck!

When I started calling around the bigger bridal salons, they told me i’d have to put half down and then the rest when the dress came in. This weekend we went to two smaller bridal salons and one said all I needed was $300 down (for a dress that was a little less than $1000) and the other said they’d do it for $50-100 down. Check the smaller salons. One of them was also willing to give me a couture dress in my price range which was less than $1000. The only problem was it did not fit.

I bought my replica for $500.  Let me know if you are interested in purchasing one. I bought it from a local bridal salon here in the Sacramento area….looks like the real thing! I thought about selling mine but I love it too much, and it’s not going to fall apart, it’s perfect! Pics below.

And it’s ordered to custom fit you, no expensive alterations needed.  Just a bustle!

Hey! Where did you buy your replica? WE just had a really bad experience…..

WARNING: DO NOT USE BLING DRESS BLINGDRESS!

*I HAVE ALL OF THE EMAILS TO PROVE THAT THEY ACTUALLY SAID ALL THESE THINGS!

I wanted to warn other brides and sellers NOT to use BlingDress. My partner and I ordered a pure white dress from BlingDress for $280. The dress came and didn’t look exactly like the photos but, it was still nice enough. WELL when I inspected it more closely several of the white ridges on the outer layer were stained with gray and brown. When I flipped up the bottom of the hem there were long, large dirt marks and black soot marks under the hem! There was also visible Green threading on the dress. I was horrified and my partner wrote to them saying how upset she was. Their response was “our dresses come from a factory, sorry we cannot guarantee that the dress we send you will be completely clean” WHAT IN THE WORLD??? This is a white wedding dress that now has black and brown filth all over it!!! They promised to try to keep the other dress I ordered “CLEANER” as if this is any excuse! I have paid them hundreds of dollars and they offer no refunds and completely excuse themselves by saying it came from a factory and a casualy “Sorry- they won’t ever be completely clean” I am DISGUSTED with this company and the way they do business. IF YOU WANT A CLEAN WEDDING DRESS DO NOT USE BLINGDRESS.

*****NEWEST DEVELOPMENT: AFTER PAYING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO CLEAN THE DRESS, THE BUST WAS 4″ TOO SMALL AND THEY DENIED MAKING IT WRONG EVEN THOUGH MY MOTHER AND I BOTH MEASURED THE GOWN. THEY REFUSED EXTRA FABRIC AND DIDN’T EVEN ANSWER OUR EMAILS FOR 4+ DAYS.****************
