You don't want to regret anything, so it sounds like your gut is going with the classic simple one. Is this what you want or are others pressuring you to go with the classic look?
My family and friends seem to think I should stick with my first choice.
Anyone have an opinion on these two dresses?

I LOVE the one on the left... either way those dresses are going to look beautiful.. Go with your gut, but my vote is for the one on the left!
I also like the one on the left, has a beautiful neck line.

Honestly if you love the "poofy" one, then you should go with it! I don't think that you should plan on wearing something because you think one day it will go out of style... wear what you think will look great on you today! I think it's really nostalgic to look back on wedding pictures, even 80s pics with the big poofy sleeves and reminisce on the fashions of that day. :)
If you realllllly are concerned with looking back with regret, then I do think its safer to go with the wrap dress... but who knows... maybe we will all look back and laugh at wrap dresses in 40 years? You just never know!
Personally, I like the gown with the pick-ups. The other gown is beautiful too, but I really like the bodice on the first gown. I wore a dress that had pick-ups in the back. I didn't and don't feel regret toward that decision. Go with your gut. :^)
I voted for the "poofy" one. I like how it has the lace and the beading. But, it would help if you posted pictures of you in the dress. Most dresses look great on models, but when you actually put them on they may look different. Also, go with your gut, the one you are leaning more towards should probably be the one you pick.
Only you know what looks best on your body! Personally, I'm not a person who is into trends, so I'd choose the wrap styled dress. You know yourself best, though. Will you look back at your wedding pictures in 10 years and cringe at those pickups, or will you laugh at them and love them because they were what you loved at the time?

I tried on a pickup dress when I was searching for dresses and I honestly felt like I was drowning in all the pickups. When I looked in the mirror, the first thing I noticed were the pickups, not my face, so I was worried that would happen with looking back on photos as well. Try on the dresses, look in the mirror, close your eyes, then open them again and look at what the first thing you see is when you try on your dress. Sometimes this can help provide a little clarity.
My dress looks so much like the one on the right! But they're both very cute! Go with how you feel in the dress! You'll be your brightest on your special day when you feel beautiful! I was between two dresses, but I noticed whenever I put the one on I couldn't stop smiling. I ended up going with that dress.

Help! I am torn between 2 dresses. I like the poofy one, but I am afraid I will look back on my wedding photos one day and be sad because it's not a classic look. Should I go simple and classic, or potentially dissapointing poofy? Help! One is David's Bridal #T9325. The other is David's bridal #V9665.
