i’m going crazy trying to find a dress to match…i’ve literally changed my mind like 100 times from long to short, to silver, to champagne, to burgundy, etc…can you please help?
first of all, this is my dress…ian stuart’s flower bomb
then, this is my daughter’s dress (who will be standing next to me)…ronald joyce 29612
finally, i think i’ve nailed it down to charcoal for the bm’s, but don’t want shiny…i’m leaning towards a plainer dress like alfred sung d508 or alfred angelo 7122 and there’s a reason (which is my dilemma)…i originally wanted the bm’s to all have matching dresses to my daughter’s, so i bought 2…after talking to them i figured they don’t want to spend that much on a dress they’ll probably never wear again and i’m changing it up…i figured i can cut up the extra dress i have and make matching sashes for my bm’s dresses to match my daughter’s dress to tie in my bridal party to match
sooooo…a) do you think the dresses would work for that, b) do you think the different materials will work together (satin or dupioni with a tafetta sash), c) any other suggestions for a dress?
…and i don’t even know where to begin about the men because my fiance wants to wear black and white and his son will be standing next to him, then all the groomsmen…so since my daughter is wearing a “special” dress do i have my stepson look different from the other gm’s too and wear black and white also…then we all stand out and the bm’s and gm’s wear the gray? and how do i incorporate the pink to the gm’s if i don’t like solid pink ties? i like plaid, but do you think that would be too much…if i do stripe, do you think that will stand out more then my fiance’s black and white? i’m so confused
ok, taking a deep breathe now, but please help…lol
