I was talking about my wedding with my co-worker and she mentioned Make My Cake. She said that they did a great job with hers. If the tasting went well, go for it.
Make my cake does all of my family events and they are the only bakery i eat from besides my mom's and also i have never had a promblem with them with picking up or delivery of my cakes , i haave never seen their wedding cakes but my niece sweet 16 cake was set up almost like a wedding cake and it was beautiful if you email me at occasionevents08@yahoo.com, i will send you pics of some cakes they have done for me.. ( wow after reading that i should be their PR person...lol)
Good Luck Cale Hunting
I have a tasting with them next week because my wedding coordinator told me they were both affordable and their cake was DELICIOUS. I haven't seen their work, but I definitely trust her.
My husband met the manager who works there & he said the manager told him not to get a wedding cake there. Not sure why? If any bride is getting red velvet, be aware that it's not traditional red velvet. It comes with nuts (you can choose no nuts) and has a citrus undertone to it.

Hi all! Has anyone used "Make My Cake" bakery in Harlem? I went for a tasting and everything was great, but I haven't been able to find a single review or comment on them anywhere. Anyone??
