Have you tried contacting any of the local retail makeup places? I am using MAC Cosemetics...I have a friend that works there and she is an awesome artist. They usually only require you to purchase around $50 in product....which...if you have ever worn MAC, ya know it is a steal. I felt better this way, bc at least I left with something more than just makeup on my face.
I haven't, I should look into that. Thank you for the suggestion.
im having all that done in 2 weeks. I am using Rieko Shiba. She doesnt charge as much as the other people i have done a trial with. Her email is rieko.shiba@gmail.com let her know LINH recommended you :)
Hi! I am going with Sissi Chan. She is quite popular here on the boards and her prices are affordable.
Good luck!

I am in search of a make-up artist in the NYC area. Some one who is really good and up to date and able to apply falsh eyelashes. I'm not looking to spend an enormous amount of money either.
