I'm getting mine done at the salon were I'm getting my hair done but before that I was thinking about starting a relationship with someone at a make up counter (either at the dept stores or Sephora) and seeing if they'll do my make up.

I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, so it was important for me to feel like myself, but just more made up.  She did a phenomenol job!  She used this MAC strobe cream that gave me that glow...not even sure she used foundation (which I never wear anyway), but the look was flawless.  She also used individual lashes all the way across my lash line and it looked so much better than using a full set.  I couldn't even feel them. Seriously, I felt like a superstar! (BTW, she didn't charge extra for lashes for me, BM, and mothers...most of the big name Chicago makeup artists charge $15-$25 extra for lashes).

Sometimes I feel like makeup artists don't really listen when you say you want a natural look, but Kristen really did.  I NEVER wear lipstick and I certainly didn't want to start on my wedding day.  She was totally on board when I said I wanted to wear what I always wear...Benetint lip stain (Posy) and clear gloss.  I don't like to post pics on WB, but if you are interested, I'd be more than happy to share one via email if you PM me your address.  Sorry I wrote a book :-)
