I'm not sure if she's good or not, but she's Asian ~ so it's a start! :)
My coordinator (and Miss Ducky's!) Courtney Toney of Joyful Weddings and Events recommended Engaged Beauty. I forgot her name there, but they have reasonable prices and she just did Courtney's makeup for a photo-shoot and she really liked it!
