Make Up artist Orange County or Los Angeles? : wedding Icon Sad I finally called the 1 makeup artist i was referred to through my aunt and spoke with her briefly and she needed to call me right back... that was over a week ago. So now i am left with no back up options, any one have any recommendations for a makeup artist in orange county or los angeles?

I emailed Natalie Buketov. I think Mrs. Gardenia and Mrs. Tomato used her. She emailed me back really quick. I still have to set a trial appointment with her.

I emailed Natalie Buketov as well. She replied to me with her prices. I then replied back to her with a question and I have not heard back from her since. I thought maybe she did not get my email, so I emailed her one more time 3 days ago. Still nothing!

Indy, I had the same experience with Natalie. I've also had slow responses from several other potential vendors/make up people. My fiance is always reminding me that not everyone has a job that entails them being in front of a computer 12 hours a day like me. =)

she quoted me $245 for bride and $65 for additional persons for hair and makeup. but she prefers a 6 person bridal party, so she and i will have to work something out, since i only have 3.

she quoted me $245 for bride and $65 for additional persons for hair OR makeup, $95 for both. I also have less than 6.

I've booked Natalie for my August 08 wedding, and she will travel to me and do hair and makeup for $250 (with a free trial). I didn't have to commit to any other members of the bridal party, but she quoted me $95 for hair and makeup for each additional woman ($65 for only hair OR makeup).

I also found that she was slow to respond at times, but that's only when she's traveling for out of town business, which is somewhat frequently....She said she does movie hair and makeup and often travels. But when she's at home, she responds within a day.

Haven't had my trial yet but have heard only good things about her!

Forgot to mention - I have my e pics makeup done by Michelle (www.makeupbymichelle.com) and I LOVED how it turned out! If she did hair, too, I would have booked her for my wedding in a heartbeat!

Her proces are as follows:

Bridal - $125
Bridesmaids - $65
Mothers & Others - $55
Trial - $50

Also, I have heard good things about Carina (www.Beautifulbride.us) from the Knot.
