I would just stick to some really feminine and natural makeup. Def some mascara and eyeliner to pop out some green in your eyes, which also the red in your dress will do. A little blush/bronze to spice things up. As for lip color, not sure if you wanted to go bold and more so match your dress or do like a neutrual nude.
If you play around and get some ideas, post pics so we can reccomend more!
OMG GORGEOUS EYES! Ok so. U should DEFFINITLY do something to make ur eyes pop. Do a slight winged eyeliner with some shimmery neutral colors. Keep ur bottom lids clean and fresh by avoiding too much makeup. And stuck to a light lip stain with jut ahintoff red with some clear gloss... And some light pink blush

@tulipandtummy: Aw, thanks so much! I definitely don't want to look TOO done up, but I do want it to look special. I never do make up on my lower lip, my eyelashes are too long so it looks all spidery and gross.
@Spinder you're very very pretty so you will look amazing no matter what.
In order to enhance your beautiful green eyes, you need the contrast, mauve and even plum tones will contrast really well with your eyes. Don't be afraid to play a little with them, mauve and pink (ish) go well and not only they can create a natural look but they will also make your eyes pop.
Don't go anywhere near black eyeliner, just use brown or light brown if you have to, but it's better to use some eye shadow with a wet brush.
As for your lips, it depends on how heavy you're going to go on the eyes. Please remember to keep the focal point in only one of them. If you use heavy eye shadow, then go soft on the lips.
Since your accent is red, you could go with soft eyes and make your lips the center of the look.
By all means post pictures of your final (or even tests) look!

So I'm gonna DIY my own make up, and need some ideas. Below is a pic of me with no make up on at all, and also a link to what my dress looks like.
I want to do something elegant, but not TOO over the top (it's gonna be a very simple ceramony). All thoughts are appreciated!
