I just went and looked at this. The link you gave doesnt work, but if you look at www.apartmenttherapy.com, its on the first page. I wish these fit into my wedding decor, they are pretty amazing!
I think this was mentioned in the comments of a recent blog post too! I've been trying it out and can't manage to get rid of all the streaks.

Yeah, I think it was mentioned in the comments of Miss Bear Cub's post about exploding jars! I haven't tired it though, so I have no tips :/
