i'm not sure if i did it the ettiquette-approved way but i tipped 15% at my trial and then 10% the day of, on top of a $100 travel fee and $100 early morning fee. i paid with checks for everything, including the tip, just because i don't like carrying a lot of cash around.
hope that helps!

Hi Bees!
On the topic of Miss Glitter's post... I am having my hair and makeup trial next week and it totally slipped my mind that I'm supposed to tip (i've been more focused on searching for inspiration photos). So my question is, do you tip on the day of the trial or do you tip on your wedding day?
Also, this person takes check and cash... so if i write her a check for her services is the tip also included on there or is it better to pay in cash. I know it may seem like a funny question but i have no clue!
Help please!
