Hey! I'm getting married on Indian Rocks beach next June!!! I'm actually moving to Clearwater right after Christmas (from Cleveland) - so excited! Where are you guys having your ceremony?? I was just down there for the 1st time in October and I loved it! The beach was so beautiful :)
Kind of a weird question, but if you wouldn't mind - being as I'd be totally new to the area - would you have any suggestions on where to get my hair done (for the wedding). I've heard and read about Salon West from one of my vendors and their website looks pretty nice - I'd also be looking for a makeup artist. That's just the start of my list of where to go, who to see...
I'd appreciate any help at all! Good luck with your wedding!

Hey! :) Wow, that is certainly going to be a change in temperature! When we moved to FL, it was from Wisconsin, so I know how the temp change adjustment goes! :)
Our ceremony/reception is at the Carlouel Yacht Club on the north side of Clearwater...I'm so excited (clearly)!
As for hair...I am having my regular hair stylist do it...she JUST opened her own salon a few weeks ago, which is so exciting! I'd highly recommend her if you are looking for a hair stylist in general as well (she's been cutting mine for 8-9 years)! PM me if you want her contact info...I'll send it along! :)
You might want to talk to Miss Rainbow. Isn't she a makeup artist in Tampa?

i'm getting my hair and makeup done by shear wonders it's in palm harbor on 19 and tampa road. they're amazing, i always go there and would never go anywhere else. she's traveling to my site, i don't know if they do that for everyone or if it's because i'm a friend, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I am in Tampa. I am using my hairdresser/make up artist friend. His name is Charles Anthony. His salon is in Brandon but he does an AMAZING job and will travel to your site. He did an awesome job on my friend... I couldn't stop staring at her all day. She was drop dead gorgeous. I couldn't believe it. Let me know if you want me to send you more info!
My sister is a makeup artist in that area. She lives in St. Pete but travels to the Tampa/Clearwater area often. She is doing my makeup for my wedding in 4 days!! She does a really good job! Here is her website. http://www.facesbykristine.com/Bio.html

I'm also getting married in Clearwater-at Sand Key Park in November! love the recommendations and suggestions for hair/make-up as we are still looking for myself and the bridal party as well!

I will be getting my dress in SC- where we live-- so I'll do my alterations somewhere around here.

Hey all! I'm on the search for a makeup artist in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area...anyone have some suggestions? We are getting married on Clearwater beach...I have no idea where to start looking!
