Try a makeup artist, Susan Lim, she was amazing when she did mine and my bestfriend (MOH). I highly recommend her, especially if you are Asian! She is in the Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland area. I don't have her website information, but if you google her, you should be able to find her. Good luck!

I absolutely loved her. She was such a delight and my makeup for the day was beautiful. When I initially did a trial with her, she was accommodating about my makeup phobias, etc.
She also went the extra mile for me that day. I had just got back from the hair salon and HATED the way they did my hair. She calmed me down, fixed my hair, made sure I ate a little bit, etc.
She was fabulous to work with. Highly highly recommend!

Hello all! This is my first post ever around here so please be kind!
I moved to this area a little over 3 years ago and must admit, I'm still so unfamiliar with the area. I've been searching for the perfect makeup artist for my November wedding and can't find anyone that just makes me go WOW! I'm Filipino with a medium to dark complexion with REALLY REALLY sensitive skin.
If you're in the DC Metro area and are asian/pacific islander and can recommend a makeup artist for me, I'd truly appreciate it!!
