I think you did a really great job! I am not sure what you used but remember to always use a primer and if you want it to last there is an amazing spray by Urban Decay that works wonders!

Also, microdermabrasion a week or two before the big day is something I did and I highly recommend to anyone! 🙂

I am definitely doing a microdermabrasion as well! They work wonders! I love your eyes, but I would recommend a little more color on your lips 🙂

You look beautiful!

My advice is to make it all a bit heavier, as you need a LOT more makeup than normal in order to show up in pictures. I wore two sets of false eye lashes & about 80lbs of other makeup, but the pictures make me look totally normal lol.

For instance, definitely heavier on the foundation & contouring & blush. Go with some false lashes, & try some white eye liner in the water line, & black in the lower lash line to give you a wide eye’d look. Line your lips as well, and opt for a more matte color than gloss on the big day, as gloss doesn’t look as nice in pics as lipstain or lipstick.

This is me on my makeup trial, & maybe you can see what I mean in my advice since my makeup artist used all the tricks I told you about. I basically looked the same on the day of, except I liked my trial makeup more but didn’t have time to fix it on the day of when he did the eye shadow a little too dark.

you look great – i would just make sure that you define the ‘tail’ of your brows – they can disappear in photos making your eyebrows look like they end at the arch! good brows will bring focus to your eyes and frame your face 🙂

@hollyberry4:  I love your makeup as is! If you don’t mind my asking, what did you do? I’m thinking about DIY-ing my wedding makeup, myself.

@hollyberry4:  i use an eyeshadow one shade lighter than my hair and a thin angle brush. then i put a little powder on the brush and use short strokes instead of ‘colouring in’ the brow. it’s more natural, and will help bring out your bone structure 🙂

I think it looks good in terms of colors and application. I’d go a tad darker in the outside corner of your eyes and find a brush to blend it into the crease a little bit. I also think your blush is too close to your nose. Check out this tutorial on “Do not apply blusher to the apple of your cheeks”

Also, check out his other videos… he has a lot of great techniques. Just youtube Gossmakeupartist and also look up pixiwoo
