Could you go to a makeup counter and have a makeup lesson?  They could teach you how to apply makeup that way and then you could do your makeup like that by yourself.

I think that might be an easier look to do.  I agree with @MissAsb, maybe go to a make-up counter & see if they can teach you how to do that eye.  Also, I know that there are some make-up tutorials on youtube.  You could look those up too!  Just remember to apply it heavier than what you normally do!

I would recommend Everyday Minerals (google them).  They have great mineral makeup that is very affordable.  As in $2.50 per eye shadow.  And their brushes are fantastic as well, and under $10.  They are the softest brushes I have ever felt and very dense.  You could pick up everything you need for very reasonable.  The only thing I would say watch out for is that mineral makeup can be messy since it is loose.

Hello! I am a make up artist and believe you can achieve this look on your own on a budget. And agree you should print this picture out and take it with you to a counter. Pay close attention to the colors they put on you. Then go home and take a picture of the final look. You may also have to trim up your eyebrows if you are wanting to achieve the high arch in the brow. Then while it is still fresh in your mind go to the drug store (drug store make up is cheaper in price but is great make up and is made by some of the same lines in high end retail) buy similar colors for eyes and lips. For your eyes I would recommend a cream or gel eyeliner it will come in a pot container and you will need a eyeliner brush to achieve that particular eye. Also curl your lashs with heat. Then the next day take that picture out and practice. If you really want this look you can practice it evey day till your wedding by then you should have a pretty close match. Best of luck to you!

Tip: you can use your lipstick for the blush, just smear it on and make sure to blend it will often look more natural than using a ‘real’ blush.

I was just gonna suggest youtube!  They have great tutorials.  And you can always get less expensive make-up, I think as long as you have a good foundation, which you already have, then you’ll be fine.
