I like the eyes in the second picture with the lips in the first, I think you have the perfect amount of emphasis in those combined, but maybe add just a little more matte face powder to counter-act shine on your skin. I think the overall look of both would be great, dramatic without being over powering. And I want to add that you look very pretty in all of the above!
I like the third the best. I like the second also but the second I feel like the liner on the bottom lash line is a bit too heavy
I love your makeup in the one with your hair down. It is really classic and not too overdone. Plus you have great skin!
Ok I'm adding in another picture-- this was taken on the same day as "hair down" but my hair is back and it's closer up. I'm adding it because I thought the way my makeup was done look really heavy but the hair down photo is taken from further away so maybe you can't see it.
i still like the hair down/black top picture looks the most 'natural'and glowy! and the eye makeup on the first two are a bit heavy.
I like the hair down picture but I think you should do your lips like the first picture and maybe add some matte powder so that you aren't shiny in pictures.
The third photo is definitely the best! The eye makeup is soft & pretty and that color on your lips looks great! I have an oily t-zone too & I use MAC blot powder (or for a less expensive option, GOSH powder). I'm not a fan of loose powder at all because I always make a huge mess, so the MAC is perfect. Pop it in your bag along with some blotting papers & you'll be camera ready on your wedding day!
In the 2nd and 3rd picture you look so much more natural. Not sure how you wear your makeup normally, but I think those two look the best "dewy bride"!
Ugh I still can't decide what to do. The first photo was done by a Makeup Artist in a department store, it looked nice but not spectacular, the second was done by my hairstylist. I liked the way it looked in person but in the photos I thought the eye makeup was too heavy. Plus it was Aveda makeup (she owns an aveda salon) and I'm worried it will be too shiny and won't last. The third is a professional makeup artist using MAC products, and while it looks very nice in the photos, in person it looked so heavy and made me look really old-- the makeup was just sitting in the wrinkles around my eyes. My fiance was there and he told me thought it looked awful. The last shot is my DIY attempt using just makeup I have at home, nothing special just my everyday products. My wedding planning is offering up suggestions for other makeup artists but we won't get to test them out until the week before the wedding and I'm loathe to keep paying for trials when I don't seem to like them and like my own makeup better. My mom and I are booking in a trip to Sephora for a consultation, and I might just do another makeup trial with my hairstylist, although I imagine there is a benefit to having a different makeup artist than hair-- meaning an extra pair of hands. Anyone DIY and happy with it? I never even considered not doing my own makeup until the planner mentioned it but I haven't been happy with the results so far!
Maybe go back to the MAC artists with some of the suggestions from Nachos and explain your hesitation with the heaviness of the make up - they might be able to find something better for you. I think the third picture, hair down, looked the best in photographs.
I like the 3rd pic where your hair's down. Your eyes look more open and over all it's very natural. but maybe could use a bit of gloss or slightly darker lip color.
I think you look great in the third photo. It looks natural but you still look like you've got makeup on.

Ok this is my second try I'm not sure why it didn't work the first time! I'm still trying to decide whether to DIY or pro my makeup. I'm going to visit Sephora and have a consultation there, and even if I get a makeup artist I might bring my own makeup. Anyway, here is a mix of my own and pro makeup trials. Which one do you like best and why? If you think I could improve this look all suggestions are welcome! My hair will be up on the day.
