I swear by this stuff. I use it every day over my power and my make up stays put and looks great! I second the recommendation.
I will have to try it. I have minimal success with SmashBox primer which everyone raves about.
So I read this post last night and looked up reviews about this product since I hadn't heard of it. Everyone seems to truly love it so now I'm going to go out today and get some! :) Thanks for bringing this up, I can't wait to try it...will update!

This recommendation is mostly for those brides who are getting married in a hot, humid location and/or doing their makeup themselves. I usually don't wear a lot of makeup, especially when it comes to foundation since I have fairly sensitive skin and break out easily - I usually just use a mineral powder as my foundation. Since I had a DW, I decided to do my makeup myself and was really concerned about having the right amount of coverage and about being shiny - we had an outdoor activity before the ceremony in hot and humid weather. When I started doing test runs for my wedding, I realized mineral powder wasn't going to cut it and my pores were looking huge!
I eventually found Clinique Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector (and no, I don't work for Clinique : ) and it worked like a charm. Originally I was going to put a powder or tinted moisturizer over it, but didn't need to and it kept me from getting shiny ALL DAY. And I was outside in the sun and humidity for a good couple of hours. I highly recommend it for special events, however my one disclaimer is that I don't recommend it for regular use for those with sensitive skin - I think it pretty much works by clogging your pores - but for only one day it did the trick!
