I have a friend who made all my bridesmaid jewelry for really cheap. Here are some pics.
I was considering make them jewelry as well. Michael's arts and craft store has a lot of new charms and things that you can make...im sure you could buy a how to book or even find a how to online.
I'm making my jewelry and my matron of honor's. I wanted something that was simple but with a little bling. I'm making pearl necklaces with swarovski crystal ball beads intermittently similar to this photo. I found a website www.fusionbeads.com that has free shipping and you can get 6 or 8mm swarovski pearls for 5-8 cents a piece depending on how many you buy. The crystals are a bit more pricey- but overall, you can do a lot with $40-50 worth of supplies. The necklace shown sells on Etsy for $72 (which I still think is a great deal)- but you can make it for about half. The rest (clasps, wire or string, etc) you can find at Michaels crafts pretty cheap. Hope this helps!!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I was wondering if anyone has made or is planning to make their bridesmaid's jewelry and would be willing to share some patterns or instructions?
My girls are wearing different dresses, one strapless, one v-neck, and one halter. So I think I'm looking for two necklace patterns and one bracelet (for the halter dress). I'm really wanting to do something with pearls, but I'm open to anything.
I'm also willing to buy it, but on a really tight budget so I thought DIY might be a better option.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
