My reception is in less than 3 weeks. I need some LED lights for my natural-colored paper lanterns. I’ve read through all the helpful posts here on DIY throwies. I’m concerned I will not be able to get the LED, batteries and assemble in time. Has anyone tried the Paper Lantern Store’s hanging LED battery pack or Luna Bazaar’s? I want them closer to natural/warm color and not blue; and not the polka-dot affect. Do I try to DIY or buy done? Only 30 lanterns ranging from 8-20 inch……
Also has anyone hung their lanterns from strung bistro lights?
Thanks for any advice!

i bought red led throwies here. http://www.ozhobbies.eu/led-throwies/ They give you the option to do not order magnets. I was very satisfied with the delivery.

Please help….I love this idea, it’s challenging though!
I’m very interested in trying…to make these throwies. Did you add an on and off switch? How long did they stay lit? How did you attach them to the lanterns if you didn’t use the magnets? And when did you do this? Before the wedding or night before? That was a question my coordinator ask me. I think I should get started now for a May 2010 wedding!!!
