I used Shutterfly for my sister’s wedding album and it came out great (I just added extra pages).

I used Inkubook for mine (as well as copies of it for my mom and MIL)- I really liked how the album came out and I get lots of compliments on it.  However, I found the  interface was really slow and frustrating.

However, there have been tons of posts on this (on the boards and the blog), so do a search and see what comes up.  Looking at the Related Posts at the bottom of this page is a good place to start.

I was working with Blurb.com.  It was very cheap and SUPER user friendly.
