I think just two best men. kind of like how girls have to say miss or mrs but guys just get to be mr? i dont think their title changes.
I agree fully with Corgitales. Maid of Honor and Matron of Honor are really the exact same thing, except for the Matron is married. Since the "man" in "Best Man" doesn't imply that they guy is single or married, a second male being honored would simply be another "Best Man." However, you could always make something up for the brother if FI wants to differentiate the two. Or you could put in the program "Best Man: Friend's Name, Friend of the Groom. Best Man: Brother's Name, Brother of the Groom" to show that one is a brother.
I'm a wedding host for 19 years. Married or not he always be addressed as BEST MAN, but if you wish to have another title for someone special guy to stand as male matron of honor.... He is the GROOMSMAN OF HONOR

My fiance already has a best man but wants to have a special title for this brother whom is married. I know brides can have a maid of honor and a matron of honor, but what would the male matron of honor be called? Anyone else have this or a similar situation? What have y'all done?
