I have more girl friends than guy friends, and none of them were shared until we got together. Our circles didn’t intersect, and he and I met by a wonderful chance 🙂 Now that we have been together for this long, they are friends with us both! But my girl friends were all my friends first.

i used to have more female friends. after i moved to mexico to be with my husband i only really have his friends – which we see in couples. i kind of miss having female friends who want to hang out with me for me, and not talking to me because im married to my husband

I tend to have more male friends than female friends in general. Partly because of my field and partly because of personality.

Some of them, my SO already knows because that’s what naturally happens when you share your life with someone.

We each have our own set of friends: my close friends are predominantly female, his predominantly male. However, we socialise with each other’s friends too eg I’m often down the pub with him and his friend, and him and his friends will often come out with me and my friends in a mixed group.
