I used one of Wang Lee Hom's songs. The song is by 王力宏 Wang Lee Hom feat. Selina - 你是我心内的一首歌. The title of the song translates into "You're the song in my heart." It was the only song we both agreed on.

Re: 千里之外 by Jay Chou... this can be translated loosely as "Beyond A Thousand Miles/KM/distance/etc."

For those of you who had a non-Mandarin DJ, was it difficult to incorporate Chinese songs into the reception?

you have to get Sample Love by Jay Chou, my FI plays this song in the wedding and everyone loves it.

Also, David Tao Zhe- Jiu Shi Ai Ni

I gave the DJ the mp3s to play, he mixed the songs in quite well. They may not understand the lyrics but they would know how to mix it up from the beat.
