You'll probably want to do it Friday, Saturday will be so busy.. Getting your nails done will be the last thing on your mind!
It sounds like you will destroy your nails if you get them done on Friday with all the work you have to do, so while I would normally say the day before is better, in your case I would get the earliest appointment you can get on Saturday.
Well, are you having your real nails done or acrylics(etc.)? I've had bad experiences getting my real nails done... they've had a tendency to get messed up/start peeling really quickly. If you're having your real nails done, and since you don't have to be to the church until 1:30, I'd say go get them done early Saturday morning. I really wish I had time to have my done on Saturday but my ceremony is at 11:00am, so I have to be completely ready by like 9:30. If it's not your real nails, I don't think it will matter whether you go Friday or Saturday. Just from my personal experiences.
Are you having someone do your hair & makeup? Or they coming to you or are you going there? Do they offer manicures at the salon? If they do I would probably do it day of.
If not def day before because you won't have time to go elsewhere.
We did all our flowers as well so I just scheduled the manicure after all the work before dinner.
I did mine the day before, but with what you have on your schedule, you might be better off with Saturday. Just know that it's probably going to be crazy that day...

Trying to get some schedule help: We are getting married at 3:30 on Saturday, June 25. I will be decorating some on Friday: I'm making my own boutineres & corsages (hopefully I'll have those done before Friday), doing my own reception flowers(will have to do those Friday b/c that will be the first time I can get into the church), decorating the church Friday, rehearsal at 6, and rehearsal dinner following.
My question: should I get my nails done on Saturday morning sometime (have to be in church mostly dressed at 1:30) or on Friday?
