I was told my bridal shower is going to be in mid-January even though I didn't think we'd have one since our wedding is smaller but my fiance's family said they still want to give us one. I don't have any females in my bridal party (it's just my brother) so I haven't talked about a bachelorette party yet at all.
We're having a shower on Jan 8th and Jan 22nd. No idea when the bachelorette party is yet. We're getting married March 5th, so def. not in March! And hopefully no later than the first week of Feburary, since I know the last few weeks will be INSANE
So I am totally different then all of the other ladies. I have actually already had my two bridal showers. My Bachelorette party is going to be 2 days before the wedding just because everyone in my Bridal party is all over the country so it is the only time we will all be in one location. I know my guy is doing his bachelor party about the end of Feb I think.
It looks like the bachelorette party will be the weekend of Feb 19th and 20th. I know we're having one shower on 1/22, but I'm not sure of of the other showers yet. I'm a planner, so I'm a little frustrated that my family won't figure it out!
My shower is February 19th and the Bachelorette Party is the weekend before the wedding.
shower is morning of jan 8th, then bach party is that afternoon/evening, when we drive from philly to AC. wedding is march 12.
My wedding was 3/6/10 and my bachelorette party and shower were on 1/16/10 (MLK weekend).
My wedding is March 19th and I am having a bridal shower on Feb 5th and one on Feb 12th. My bach party is the weekend before the wedding.
Wedding is March 12th. We are having 2 showers - Jan 18 at work and Feb 5 with family and friends. Also, I'm not doing a bachelorette, since everyone would have to fly in. My friends are hosting a Martini and Lingerie party 2 days before the wedding when we all get to Florida. Ladies only, but nothing crazy as requested!
I'm March 12th and I'm having my bachelorette weekend next weekend in Santa Barbara! I'm really excited because my three closest friends and I live in different parts of the country but we're all flying to Santa Barbara Thursday-Sunday for wine tasting and spa fun! I just hope for good weather! I need this break for sure.
My wedding is March 5 and I'm having two showers -- one where I live now and one where I grew up (which is also where the wedding is). The shower where I live was last Saturday 1/22, and the one where the wedding is will be on Sunday 2/20, just 2 weeks before the wedding!! And the bachelorette is going to be on Thursday 3/3.

i had my first one on dec 2nd, second one on dec 30th, and my last one friday 5th of feb.
one of my friends is getting married March 12, and she just had her shower on Jan 29th. The Bachelorette Party is Feb 18th

My BMs have a dilemma on when to plan for the bachelorette party & bridal shower. They ruled out all the 3-day weekends including presidents day and valentine's day, and Feb 3 is Chinese New Year so that's out.
My wedding is March 20 so I didn't want to do any parties the month of since it'll be extremely hectic.
So our choice is to do the bridal shower in mid-Jan and bachelorette party during the last weekend in February. hive - what do you think? will my ladies be burned out and too much "tofuchic" in 3 months?
