I'm pretty sure everyone on this board knows exactly what you're talking about! It sucks!
Yup!! Totally had this happen to me with every vendor. They aren't going for repeat-business so don't mind blatently screwing you with the price.
I heard of people order flowers, etc, and claiming it was for a big family reunion (not such a big lie, a wedding is a family reunion of sorts, no?).
