My mom thinks girls with long hair need to wear it UP for weddings, I disagree. Post pictures of your beautiful downdo's married bees! Lets show her how beautiful long locks can be in a wedding dress!!!

I have baby fine hair that won't grow. I think if you have beautiful long hair, it should be showcased! An updo sort fo hides the hair, if that makes sense.
@Angela83: LOLOL, I do too (baby fine hair). The long hair I am talking about is faux. I just use it so often that people only know me as "having long hair"...

@evalague:Thanks. I kinda like my hair and the last thing i wanted to do was "hide" it :) plus my hair is so thick and long i would have a headache in about 30 minutes of an up do :)
My hair was pretty long by the time we got married (obviously much longer straightened rather than curled) and I wore it almost all down, does that count?

@peanutlovespumpkin: Oh, I love her bouquet and look. But, I'm doing the oppositte, the whole arabic eyes (dark, smoky, bold) look with barely there lipstick.
Everyone is totally rocking the hair in these pics.
@evalague : I love the smokey eye look too - but it looks awful on me, so I've decided to do lips instead :) That bride is the first one I've seen in a blog that just has her hair blown out and down, which is exactly how I want mine; it was great to see her gorgeous photos! GL!
I wore my hair down with just a few curls. At first I was afraid that it would look a little sloppy, but then realized that it is how I ALWAYS wear my hair. I was happy that I actually looked like ME on my wedding day!
I wore it down with a veil for the ceremony, and with a flower for the reception.

Did anyone wear their hair down with a 'blusher' veil? I didn't want to wear a veil at all, but both my mum and FH are gunning for the whole veil-lifting reveal moment so I will probably give in to them eventually ;) Especially if I can still wear at least part of my hair down instead of in an uncomfortable up-do that's been hairsprayed to death!

I have been flipping back and forth from up and down hair styles! My mum wanted me to wear a veil, my sister and I talked about it and we both think a veil is not me so I am not haing one instead I am having a brooch that was my grandma's that is now my mums in my hair, Which the inspration for my bouquet! My boquet is going to be vintage brocches.... but yes hair I have more pictures of down hair styles that I will share!!

I wore my hair down and strait. Most pics of long hair worn down are curly. I just added a little curl to the ends.
WOW some beautiful hair i c...MY hair would be VERYY long if it was not curly..it is very layers so the front looks shorter here r few pic..s that kind of show my hair...these were taken by my friend :).I made a mistake of adding a "shine spray" which makes my hair looks weird in most pics :) not to mention it was by the lake and extra humid :) but i would never ever put my hair up..it is just not me and y hide my hair? 
I wore mine down and I loved it :)

Mine isn't very long... but here it is anyway! I loved having my hair down.

Although my hair didn't want to do anything, I loved having it down.
my hair looks shorter then it is because it is up in tight curls. I had it half up and half down with a crown and veil. I think that if you have long hair putting it all the way up would be sad. Show it Off and have fun with it. congrats and good luck

A few pics of me from my wedding. I grew my hair out forever and got a haircut right after the wedding, lol!
