Weddingbee boards

We are trying to figure out where to go for our honeymoon.  We don't want to spend more than $2k/person... preferably less. 

We went to Napa and San Francisco! It was a great trip and we had a wonderful time. We basically spent a week exploring the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. We spent a day on the Sonoma coast, made a trip to see grgeous California Redwood trees and then spent a couple of days in San Francisco at the end of the trip.

We are both foodies and love wine so this trip worked great for us. My husband's parents gifted us a time share trade in so we were able to save money by staying in a condo instead of a pricey hotel. I think you could find something similar to save on costs.

We were nervous to go to the Caribbean because of the weather. We also considered Puerto Vallerta because it does not encounter many hurricanes.

Depends how long you want to go away for and what type of vacation you're looking for... but I would suggest Punta Cana or Mexico for an affordable luxury vacation..
